The idea of Flying car is finally taking shape and people should get set to realise their dream of flying.
The very first, Flying car making company, PAL-V has officially started the sales of its commercial models, the Liberty Pioneer and Liberty Sport..
In a talk with Raamsdonksveer of Netherlands, the CEO of PAL-V, Robert Dingemanse said, “After years of hard work, beating the technical and qualification challenges, our team succeeded in creating an innovative flying car that complies with existing safety standards determined by regulatory bodies around the world,”.
Their test programs with the demo models in 2009 and 2012 were totally successful which made them work on the program with more zeal and sincerity. They started working on their commercial product project and soon they were done with the commercial products that have been launched today.
PAL-V has been growing continually since a few years on its business front. It had seen such successful deals in recent years and all in all the business was going through an exciting phase which made it work rapidly on some old client orders.
There is no less of such flying car manufacturers’ in the market. While some of them require modified regulations and the others require some non existing technologies. This creates a huge time lag between their actual results and efforts.
On the other we have the first initiators of the project, PAL-V which had purposely chose to engineer, design and build flying cars with proven and pre-existing technologies that totally comply with existing norms and regulations. This makes their project much more rational and pragmatic. So there first delivery date appears realistic and imminent.
PAL-V collaborated with some Italian design agency for the realisation of the project. This Italian firm has left its imprints on the final product which has a distinct Italian flair and chic.
It has followed a unique idea and has incorporated an exclusive dual engine propulsion that further increases the safety of the PAL-V Liberty. While flying the driver could get that easy feel of driving on the road by simply lowering the suspensions and tilting the “cockpit”. This gives the car an amazing sports car feel transforming this wheeled flying machine into a fast road runner. The implementation of the new design approach would help the rider to avoid a number of common pilot errors they would probably commit. This has made the design, much more focused on liberty and adds to the safety and ease to operate it.
Praising their design, the CEO added, “Later in 2017 we will start building a preproduction series followed by the manufacturing of the first PAL-V Liberty’s for our early ‘pioneer’ clients. Deliveries of road and air certificated models are scheduled by the end of 2018. This truly is a pivotal time in aviation and mobility history,”
The PAL-V Liberty has a strong appeal all over the world says Markus Hess, Chief Marketing and Sales Officer of PAL-V, who introduced the PAL-V Liberty to selected clients last year.
As per Hess, “We are very pleased with the response so far. Now that the new design is public I expect to see great interest from customers that have waited for the flying car era to start,”
You can reserve your PAL-V flying car here price starting €299.000 which increases to US$599,000 depending on model you choose.
